Returns & Refunds

Premix products: Non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
If damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, report within 14 days of delivery with photos/videos for verification. Replacement or store credit may be offered. No refunds. -
Machines & non-consumable items: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged-in-transit, or wrongly shipped items.
Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. -
Not eligible for return:
Used or installed items, items in working condition, taste preferences, customer order errors, or issues reported after the eligible period. -
Shipping:
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the error is on our part. -
Refund processing:
Approved refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by us. Once approved, the refund amount will be processed and reflected within 14 working days.
