Delivery Information – Café Desire UK

Café Desire supplies both beverage premix & consumables and commercial vending machines. As these products require different delivery methods, please review the relevant section carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed before 7:00 AM (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch (where applicable).

• Orders placed after 7:00 AM, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed the next working day.

• Dispatch timelines may vary during peak periods.

Delivery for Premix, Cups & Accessories (UK)

Delivery Options & Charges

Approximately 98% of Next Day Deliveries are successfully delivered on time, subject to courier serviceability.

 

Next Day Delivery – Important Notes

• Available only for selected UK mainland postcodes

• Excluded postcodes include:

AB30–31, AB33–38, AB41–45, AB51–56, AB63, DD8–9, DD10, FK17–21, TD15 2, HS1–9, IV1–3, IV4–9, IV10–12, IV13–14, IV15–20, IV21–28, IV30–32, IV36, IV40–56, KW16–17, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE1–3, BFPO
(Jersey and Guernsey excluded)

• Orders placed after 7:00 AM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be delivered on Tuesday for Next Day Delivery.

 

Courier & Tracking (Premix Orders)

• Delivered via Royal Mail or approved courier partners

• Tracking details are emailed once dispatched

• Signature may be required; if unavailable, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a delivery card

If you do not receive your order within 3–5 working days after dispatch, you must contact us immediately so we can raise a courier investigation.

 

Delivery for Vending Machines & Commercial Equipment (UK)

Vending machines require specialist handling and are delivered separately from premix orders.

Delivery Method

• Delivered via freight or specialist logistics partners

• Next Day Delivery does NOT apply to vending machines

• Estimated delivery timeline: 3–7 working days from dispatch

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery is kerbside or ground-floor only, unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Customer must ensure:

  • Clear access for delivery vehicles

  • Someone is present to receive the machine at the scheduled time

• Missed delivery appointments may incur re-delivery charges

Installation

• Installation, plumbing, electrical work, or commissioning is not included unless explicitly stated in writing

• Any additional services must be pre-arranged

 

International Orders & Customs

• International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer

• Café Desire is not responsible for customs delays or clearance issues

We currently do not ship to:
Russia, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and selected regions in Africa.

 

BFPO / PO Box Deliveries

• BFPO and PO Box addresses are accepted for premix orders only

• Next Day Delivery does not apply

• Vending machines cannot be delivered to BFPO or PO Box addresses

 

Address Accuracy

• Customers must ensure delivery address and contact details are accurate

• Café Desire is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

• Billing and delivery addresses may differ
